The Department of Internal State Audit in Kyzylorda region (hereinafter - the Department) is currently conducting constant online monitoring of the effective and targeted use of budget funds using a new information platform based on a risk management system.
The new system allows you to control financial transactions in the fields of education, health, culture and sports. Thanks to this tool, risky payments made at the expense of the budget are timely identified and taken under control.
In case of detection of operations with a high level of risk, the Department sends appropriate notifications to monitoring organizations, as well as administrators of budget programs.

According to the results of July 2025, in the Zhanakorgan district, facts of unjustified transfers of budget funds were revealed in educational institutions, in connection with which an unscheduled audit event began.
In addition, in the field of culture of the Aral region, facts of misuse of funds have also been established, for which the amounts have been returned to the budget. Disciplinary measures were applied to the guilty officials.
In general, according to the notifications sent, the amount of identified unreasonable payments amounted to 119.0 million tenge, of which 107.9 million tenge has already been returned to the budget and to the accounts of educational organizations.
The results obtained confirm the systematic work of the Department to ensure budget discipline, timely identification of violations and their prompt elimination.
