The Internal State Audit Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan summed up the interim results of the implementation of the Roadmap for digitalization of activities.
Today, digital transformation covers all key areas of the Committee's activities.
The electronic audit functionality is scaled to the Internal Audit Service of the central state and local executive bodies,
which provides a single digital standard for conducting inspections.
At the same time, the office control system is being improved,
amendments have been made to the relevant Rules, expanding the possibility of analyzing the fulfillment of contractual obligations on the public procurement web portal.
Particular attention is paid to improving the quality of budget planning. The information system "State Planning" has introduced the level of access "Auditor," which allows you to cameral check the validity of budget requests of government agencies at the stage of their formation.
In order to update and compare data on the organization of public interest, the integration of the eQazyna.kz, e-License, State Register and PLED systems is ensured.
The next stage of digitalization is aimed at developing integration solutions. The Unified Auditor's Office is connected to the eGov.kz portal for publishing preventive control lists and inspection schedules, and a new component "Planning of State Audit" is being created, which will automatically form the List of State Audit Objects and track its implementation online.
The Committee continues to implement the Road Map,
including the development of intelligent analytical tools and the creation of a single digital space for state audit.
