Currently, the problem of corruption in the Republic of Kazakhstan is acute along with other key challenges.
Corruption is a negative phenomenon of modern society, which requires constant careful study, a systematic approach, and comprehensive and prompt countermeasures. The level and scale of corruption in our country hinders economic development, negatively affects the investment climate and reduces the image of the state.
The fight against corruption in the civil protection system is our main goal. To achieve it, we use all the necessary measures. At the initiative of the Head of State in 2022, the Concept of Anti-Corruption Policy for 2022-2026 was approved. Within the framework of this important document, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan developed an Action Plan for the implementation of anti-corruption policy, as well as a departmental anti-corruption program, which became the basis for changes throughout the system.
Based on this document, the Ministry of Finance, the Internal State Audit Committee and the Department of Internal State Audit in the Akmola region constantly conduct explanatory work among employees to prevent and prevent corruption.
One of the topical topics of our society is the fight against corruption.
Society needs to all participate together in curbing corruption.
In order to prevent it and form an anti-corruption culture in society, many different measures are being carried out and implemented. It was confirmed that measures to combat corruption and its prevention should be closely related to modern socio-economic policies and be implemented systematically.
Corruption is a disease that hinders the development of the state and society, negatively affecting the future of the country. The fight against corruption is one of the difficult tasks of today. In order to eradicate corruption, it is important to increase the level of legal literacy of the population and improve the quality of advocacy on legal issues. As part of the requirements of the Anti-Corruption Law, our Department is working to implement anti-corruption measures. It is important for us that every employee understands that not a single fact of corruption will go unpunished.
Anti-corruption issues are annually covered in the President's Address to the people of Kazakhstan.
On September 1, 2023, the President in his Address "The Economic Course of Fair Kazakhstan" noted the need to give a new impetus to work in all areas of anti-corruption activities. Inactivity in this area leads to an increase in protest sentiments and legal nihilism among citizens.
Our Department is constantly working on the prevention of corruption.
