In the Far Eastern State Administration for Akmola region, budget funds continue to be monitored in real time using the Online Budget Monitoring module.
The module, which initially covered only the field of education, is now also used in healthcare, culture, sports and tourism. It allows you to monitor the targeted use of budget funds in real time, including the payment of wages.
Particular attention is paid to the analysis of transfers to employee cards, which helps to identify unreasonable payments disguised as salaries.
Inspections have already confirmed the presence of risks in a number of cases, which emphasizes the need for further development of digital monitoring. An integrated approach and modern technologies make control over budget funds more efficient and transparent.
Thus, the Department for the period from January 1 to September 04, 2025 monitored the payment of wages through OBM and sent a total of 337 response letters (notifications) for 5403 risky payments (1740 individuals).
To date, the objects have been reimbursed (transferred) to the budget for a total amount of 47 million 301 thousand tenge, of which:
- in the field of education totaling 45 million 782 thousand tenge;
- in the field of physical culture and sports - for a total amount of 327 thousand 405 tenge;
- in the field of culture - for a total amount of 1 million 191 thousand tenge.
In case of failure to comply with the notification and maintaining high risks, the Department appoints and conducts a state audit, as a result of which officials will be identified and brought to disciplinary responsibility.
