The Department of Internal State Audit in the East Kazakhstan region of ISAC of MF RK on an ongoing basis is working to reimburse the amounts of administrative fines imposed in budget revenue.
So, according to the results of 7 months of 2025, 199 administrative protocols were drawn up: 91 of them were drawn up for violation of the legislation on public procurement under Article 207 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Administrative Offenses" (hereinafter referred to as the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan), 61 protocols for violation of the legislation on accounting and financial reporting under Articles 238, 239 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 5 protocols for the use of a budget loan not for its intended purpose by individual entrepreneurs under Article 233 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 42 protocols for obstructing officials of state inspections and state control and supervision bodies in their performance of official duties, failure to comply with decisions, instructions and other requirements under Article 462 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Department of Internal State Audit in the East Kazakhstan region of ISAC of MF RK for 7 months of 2025 imposed penalties totaling 20,760,960 tenge, of which 20,249,800 tenge was recovered.
The Department is actively implementing the use of reduced proceedings in cases of administrative offenses in accordance with Articles 810 and 811 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which allows a person in respect of whom administrative proceedings have been initiated to pay the amount of a fine in the amount of fifty percent of the amount indicated in the sanction of the article within seven days.
