In accordance with the assigned tasks and functions, the Department of Internal State Audit in the Zhambyl region, following the results of the past period, carried out appropriate work.
Thus, over the past period of the current year, the Department carried out 18 audit activities, of which: according to the List - 3, unscheduled - 15, of which: on behalf of the Committee - 5, on the appeal of legal entities and individuals - 10.
According to the results of the audit activities, violations totaling 11,961.7 million tenge were established in 17, of which: financial violations totaling 9,556.2 million tenge, of which: reimbursable to the budget 45.2 million tenge (reimbursed to the budget 16.2 million tenge, which is 35.8%), to the restoration of 769.4 million tenge (restored by the work and services performed - 677.8 million tenge, which is 88.1%), accounting violations - 8 741.6 million tenge, procedural violations 2 405.5 million tenge, including: when conducting public procurement procedures in the amount of 1,177.1 million tenge.
25 officials were brought to disciplinary responsibility. 10 officials were brought to administrative responsibility in the amount of 3.3 million tenge, which were fully reimbursed to the budget.
In addition, according to the materials of the prosecutor's office, 8 conclusions were given with revealed violations totaling 206.5 million tenge. All materials were transferred to law enforcement agencies upon request.
