The Department of Internal State Audit in Astana for the first half of 2025 initiated 252 administrative cases.
Of the total number, 228 cases were considered in reduced proceedings in accordance with the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan). Based on the results of consideration of these cases, administrative fines were imposed in the amount of 29.2 million tenge, of which 28.6 million tenge were collected, which indicates the high efficiency of work to ensure the execution of administrative penalties.
Within the framework of the current legislation, 24 administrative cases were sent to the Specialized Interdistrict Court for Administrative Offenses of the city of Astana for further consideration on the basis of the applications received.
These statistics reflect the department's desire to ensure the rule of law, transparency and financial discipline in government agencies. The main goal is not only to identify and suppress offenses, but also to prevent them in the future, as well as to increase the level of legal awareness among civil servants and representatives of other organizations.
