The Department of Internal State Audit of the Aktobe Region conducted an audit event for compliance with the Public Procurement Law at the "Alginsky District Department of Architecture, Urban Planning, and Construction" on the tender No. 10961599-1 "Acquisition of an apartment, 3-room", lot No. 63676463-ZhZ1 "Acquisition of an apartment, 3-room (at a rate not exceeding 160,000 tenge per square meter)".
The audit revealed an unreasonable rejection of the application of potential supplier Utepbergenova Nazgul. This violation highlighted issues in the organization and conduct of public procurements.
In response to the identified violations, the Department issued a directive to the head of the institution to take measures. As a result, based on the decision of the Ethics Council, a disciplinary sanction in the form of a warning of incomplete official compliance was applied to the head of the institution. This decision was formalized by the order of the akim of the Alginsky district of Aktobe region No. 1. No. 137 dated May 27, 2024.
