Attorneys-at-Law in Kazakhstan Eager to Represent Citizens’ Interests in the Constitutional Court

A meeting at the Constitutional Court brought together Aidyn Bikebayev, the Chairman of the National Bar Association, and Ruslan Uzkanov, the Chairman of the Presidium of the Astana Bar Association.

During the meeting, representatives from the legal community reaffirmed their commitment to safeguarding the interests of citizens within the Constitutional Court. Subsequently, a memorandum of understanding was inked between the Constitutional Court's Apparatus, the Republican Bar Association, and the Astana Bar Association. This memorandum outlines the collaborative efforts aimed at providing legal assistance and counsel to citizens regarding appeals to the Constitutional Court. It also encompasses active participation in scientific and practical events geared towards enhancing legal culture, constitutional control and education within society.
