Draft Action Plan for the implementation of the Constitutional Council’s decisions has been developed

In order to implement the Protocol of the meeting of the Council on Legal Policy under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 29, 2021, a draft Action Plan for the implementation of the Constitutional Council’ normative resolutions and its addresses on the constitutional legality has been developed.

The draft Action Plan has been sent to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
