ROUND TABLE DEDICATED TO THE 100TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE BIRTH OF S.N. SAVITSKY

On December 3, 2021, Round table entitled: “Administrative law: past, present and future”, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of a prominent legal scholar of Kazakhstan Stanislav Nikolaevich Savitsky was held at the Caspian University.

The forum was organized by the Research Institute of Public Law, headed by Professor Roman Podoprigora.

Member of the Constitutional Council Victor Malinovskiy spoke at the meeting, noting that in the general direction of "New Administrative Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan", the place and role of administrative law in the legal system of changing Kazakhstan, the evolution of the subject and methods of administrative law, guarantees of rights and freedoms of a person and a citizen in public administration and administrative process, electronic government and the right of citizens to State administration, electronic government bodies, information (digital) law and traditional legal regulation, and many others deserve special attention.

The event was attended by representatives of government agencies, academia, the legal profession, domestic scientists, experts and leaders of the scientific community.
