U. SHAPAK TOOK PART IN THE PLENARY SESSION OF THE SUPREME COURT

On September 30, 2021, member of the Constitutional Council U. Shapak took part in the plenary session of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan online.

Under the moderation of the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zh. Asanov reviewed the draft Regulatory Resolution of the Supreme Court «On amendments and additions to some regulatory resolutions of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan on civil and civil procedural legislation».

The meeting was attended by judges of the Supreme Court and representatives of central government agencies.
