May 2 - By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 67 "On improving the bodies of external state financial control in the regions", regional audit commissions were created. The main task of the audit commissions is the implementation of external state financial control over the execution of local budgets.
September 6 - by the resolution of the Akimat of the Karaganda region No. 33/11, the state institution "Revision Commission for the Karaganda region" was established.
September 14 - by the decision of the XXXVIII session of the Karaganda regional maslikhat No. 433, the regulation on the state institution "Revision Commission for the Karaganda region" was approved.
September 16 - the Department of Justice of the city of Karaganda for No. 917-1930-01-GU registered as a legal entity the state institution “Revision Commission for the Karaganda region.

October 8 - Chairman of the Audit Commission for the Karaganda region, Uteshov S.B. included in the Coordination Council of the Karaganda region on ensuring legality, law and order and combating crime.
October - the audit commission for the Karaganda region started the operation of the information system "Bakylau".

March 29 - the audit commission for the Karaganda region held a seminar-meeting to disseminate the experience of the pilot operation of the information system, with the participation of representatives of the audit commissions of the regions, Astana and Almaty cities.
April 5 - by order of the Chairman of the Auditing Commission No. 23о / d, the practical application of the information system "Bakylau" was organized by the employees of the Auditing Commission in the Karaganda region.

November 12 - the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Audit and Financial Control" was adopted.
November 30 - by the regulatory decree of the Accounts Committee for Control over the Execution of the Republican Budget No. 17-Н, the Rules for the external state audit of financial control were approved by the audit commissions of regions, cities of republican significance, the capital.
December 15 - by the regulatory resolution of the Accounts Committee for Control over the Execution of the Republican Budget No. 22-НҚ, the Rules for certification of persons applying for the qualification of a state auditor were approved.
2016 year
January 11 - General standards of governmental audit and financial control were approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 167.
June - October - the specialists of the Auditing Commission undergo training for certification of persons applying for the qualification of a state auditor.
August, October - the specialists of the Auditing Commission pass an interview at the National Commission for Certification of persons applying for the qualification of the state auditor and the qualification of the state auditor.
December - speech of the chairman of the audit committee Uteshov S.B. in the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan (round table) on the topic: "A new model of governmental audit and financial control."
2017 year
January - conducting an internal analysis of corruption risks in the activities of structural divisions of the Auditing Commission in the Karaganda region.
January - June - passing of attestation by administrative civil servants of corps "B" of the audit commission.
2018 year
October - the creation of the Subcommittee of the Coordination Council of the state audit and financial control bodies to improve the activities of the audit commissions of regions, cities of republican significance, the capital and approval of its position.
November - the Chairman of the Audit Commission Abdykarimov A.B. is included in the Subcommittee of the Coordination Council of the State Audit and Financial Control Bodies.
2019 year
November - speech of the chairman of the audit committee Abdykarimov A.B. with a report on the results of activities at a meeting of the Subcommittee of the Coordination Council of the governmental audit and financial control bodies.
August - the audit commission and the regional Department of Economic Investigations signed a memorandum on mutual cooperation in responding to the facts of embezzlement of budget funds revealed during the audit.
2020 year
March - the conclusion of a memorandum of mutual cooperation between the audit commission, the Karaganda regional branch of the Nur Otan party public association, the party control commission of the regional branch of the Nur Otan party and the public council for combating corruption of the regional branch of the Nur Otan party.
June - July - employees of the Audit Commission undergo training under the programs of international qualification CIPFA of the Certified Institute of Public Finance and Accounting of Great Britain.
July 30 - by the regulatory resolution of the Accounts Committee for Control over the Execution of the Republican Budget No. 6-НҚ, new Rules for conducting external governmental audit and financial control were approved.
September - CIPFA (DipIPSAS, Public auditor) qualification was awarded to the employees of the Auditing Commission.
2021 year
June - signing of a joint order between the audit commission, regional prosecutor's office, anti-corruption service and economic investigation service on the procedure for transferring materials of state audit on revealed violations during external state audit and financial control.
july - The audit commission for the Karaganda region was determined as the winner of the republican contest in the nomination «The Best Audit Commission», dedicated to the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the formation of the Accounting Committee for Monitoring the Execution of the Republican Budget and the 10th anniversary of the founding of the audit commissions.
