Akim of the region K. Aksakalov paid a working visit to Kostanay district. At the beginning, he got acquainted with the construction of a polyclinic in the village of Zarechny. The polyclinic is designed for 250 visits per shift for a total
of 3.6 billion tenge, including 1.3 billion tenge this year.
The project provides for the construction of a three-storey building with an area of 4.7 thousand m2, with the necessary engineering networks and landscaping.
The building of the polyclinic will house common rooms for visitors, premises of medical and preventive units, as well as office and household premises.
On the territory of the polyclinic, an economic zone and a parking area are allocated. A separate entrance to the economic zone for special vehicles and ambulances has been completed.
To date, the fence of the building has been installed, reinforced concrete piles have been driven, the foundation for a block-modular boiler room has been filled in. Work is underway to develop a trench for external water supply and sewerage networks, and construction materials are also being delivered.
Already next year, the polyclinic will be able to receive its first visitors, the completion of construction is scheduled for August 2024.
In Zarechny, within the framework of the National project "Comfortable School", it is planned to build a school for 900 places.
The implementation of this project will completely cover the shortage of student places in
the village of Zarechnoye, as well as create comfortable and modern conditions for the education, upbringing and development of the younger generation.
The new school provides separate blocks for primary, secondary and senior level education, each block has its own gym, fully equipped subject rooms in physics, chemistry, biology with educational laboratories, robotics classrooms and computer classes STEM laboratories.
In his Message, the Head of State pays special attention to the processing of agricultural products for the purpose of import substitution and year-round provision of food to the population.
In Kostanay region, the production of fruit and vegetable products exceeds consumption in the season. Today we produce 182 thousand tons of potatoes, 15 thousand tons of carrots, 15 thousand tons of cabbage, 3.4 thousand tons of onions.
Due to the lack of vegetable storages equipped with climate control, vegetables do not have time to be preserved until next year.
Next year, it is planned to build another vegetable storage on
3.2 thousand tons in the Kostanay district of the farm "Bekirov". Together with the vegetable storehouse, it is planned to build a warehouse for socially significant food products, as well as a store.
The implementation of the project for the construction of this vegetable storage facility will fully meet the demand of the stabilization fund for vegetable products.
After all the visits, the akim of the region met with the population of Kostanay district, answered all the questions of concern to the residents of the region.
