KSU "Specialized base of Akimat of Kostanay region" announces a competition for the vacant civil position:
The head of the financial reporting department is the chief accountant of KSU "Specialized base of Akimat of Kostanay region".
Official salary depending on the length of service:
- from 125,227 to 151,566 tenge.
Functional responsibilities: participation in the activities of the institution, planning, organization of the work of the department, management of the activities of subordinates. Ensuring the safety of material assets, targeted, efficient spending of funds. Organization and reliability of accounting and reporting. Preparation of the budget of the institution. Control over compliance with the procedure for registration of primary and accounting documents, settlements and payment obligations, expenditure of the payroll, timely reflection on the accounting accounts of transactions related to their movement, accounting for production costs.
Requirements for the participants of the competition: higher (or postgraduate) education in the relevant field of personnel training, work experience of at least the last 5 years in the field of financial and accounting work, including in managerial positions.
The competition is held on the basis of the "Rules for entering the civil service and holding a competition for the vacant position of a civil servant, with the exception of the first head and teacher of the state educational organization", approved by Order No. 1017 of the Minister of Health and Social Development of December 25, 2015.
Candidates admitted to participate in the interview pass it at the KSU "Specialized base of the Akimat of Kostanay region" within 5 working days after the deadline for receiving documents.

Statement;
A copy of the identity document;
A completed personal personnel record sheet (indicating the address of the actual place of residence and contact phone numbers);
Copies of educational documents in accordance with the qualification requirements for the position;
A copy of the document confirming the work activity;
Certificate of health status in the form approved by the order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 30.11.2020 No. KR DSM-175/2020 "On approval of forms of accounting documentation in the field of healthcare";
Certificate of the presence or absence of information about the commission of a corruption crime.
The absence of one of these documents is the basis for the return of the documents to the participant of the competition.
