KSU "Specialized base of Akimat of Kostanay region" announces a competition for the vacant civil position:
Public procurement Specialist of KSU "Specialized base of Akimat of Kostanay region" (nature of work – temporary place of work, for the period of social leave of the employee).
Official salary depending on the length of service:
- from 98,171 to 115,650 tenge.
Functional responsibilities: Organization and participation in public procurement. Fulfillment of contractual obligations, timely execution of contracts regulating and regulating financial and economic relations. Organization and holding of public procurement tenders. Coordination of deadlines for signing contracts for tenders. Maintaining the tender documentation. Participation in the preparation of the budget, submission of the application and the public procurement plan. Placement of applications on public procurement websites. Preparation of timely reporting.
Requirements for the participants of the competition: knowledge of the current legislation necessary for the performance of the functional duties of a particular position; higher (or postgraduate) education in the relevant field of personnel training, work experience in the specialty of at least 3 years.
The competition is held on the basis of the "Rules for entering the civil service and holding a competition for the vacant position of a civil servant, with the exception of the first head and teacher of the state educational organization", approved by Order No. 1017 of the Minister of Health and Social Development of December 25, 2015.
Candidates admitted to participate in the interview pass it at the KSU "Specialized base of the Akimat of Kostanay region" within 5 working days after the deadline for accepting documents.
List of required documents:
1) Application;
2) A copy of the identity document;
3) A completed personal personnel record sheet (indicating the address of the actual place of residence and contact phone numbers);
4) Copies of educational documents in accordance with the qualification requirements for the position;
5) A copy of the document confirming the work activity;
6) Certificate of health status in the form approved by the order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 30.11.2020 No. KR DSM-175/2020 "On approval of forms of accounting documentation in the field of healthcare";
7) A certificate of the presence or absence of information about the commission of a corruption crime.
The absence of one of these documents is the basis for the return of the documents to the participant of the competition.
