Supervises issues of economics, finance, organization of public procurement, tax and financial and credit discipline, state audit and financial control, analysis of the socio-economic situation in the region, improvement of inter-budgetary relations, health protection of the population of the region, provision of educational services in preschool, general education institutions, educational institutions of primary and secondary vocational education, issues in the field of competition protection, issues of sanitary and epidemiological surveillance and regional SEC.
Manages the activities of the regional budget commission.
