KSU "Specialized base of Akimat of Kostanay region" announces a competition for the vacant civil position: manager for administrative and economic work of KSU "Specialized base of Akimat of Kostanay region".
Official salary: 101,523 tenge.
Functional responsibilities:
- management of the maintenance of the building, as well as related structures and the surrounding area in an appropriate manner;
- organization of cleaning and monitors the cleanliness of the interior of the building;
- preparation of the building premises for autumn - winter operation;
- timely repair of doors, windows, locks, curtains, etc.;
- ensuring the safety, proper operation, timely repair of the property under its jurisdiction;
- accounting for the availability of property, periodic inspection and preparation of acts for its write-off;
- receipt and delivery of inventory, household maintenance items to auxiliary workers and cleaners of office premises and performs appropriate operational accounting;
- control over the implementation of sanitary requirements and fire safety rules. Maintenance of books of records of sanitary and fire supervision;
- condition and maintenance of subordinate warehouses, compliance with environmental protection rules.
Requirements for the participants of the competition: knowledge of the current legislation necessary for the performance of the functional duties of a particular position.
Qualification requirements:
technical and vocational, post-secondary (secondary specialized, secondary vocational) education in the relevant specialty (qualification) and work experience in economic services for at least 1 year or general secondary education and work experience in economic services for at least 3 years.
The competition is held on the basis of the "Rules for entering the civil service and holding a competition for the vacant position of a civil servant, with the exception of the first head and teacher of the state educational organization", approved by Order No. 1017 of the Minister of Health and Social Development of December 25, 2015.
Candidates admitted to participate in the interview pass it at the KSU "Specialized base of the Akimat of Kostanay region" within 5 working days after the deadline for receiving documents.

A completed personal personnel record sheet (indicating the address of the actual place of residence and contact phone numbers);
Copies of educational documents in accordance with the qualification requirements for the position;
A copy of the document confirming the work activity;
Certificate of health status in the form approved by the order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 30.11.2020 No. KR DSM-175/2020 "On approval of forms of accounting documentation in the field of healthcare";
Certificate of the presence or absence of information about the commission of a corruption crime.
The absence of one of these documents is the basis for the return of the documents to the participant of the competition.
