Supervises issues of internal policy, state language policy, interethnic sphere, provision of educational services in preschool, general education institutions, educational institutions of primary and secondary vocational education, culture, religion, demography, youth policy, cross-border cooperation in the supervised areas.
Organizes the implementation of regional and republican programs, the work of regional commissions, councils on social issues, prevention and prevention of offenses among minors.
Ensures the implementation of digitalization measures (in the supervised areas) and the introduction of project management principles in the activities of relevant areas.
Coordinates:
the activities of local executive bodies and territorial divisions of central state bodies on internal policy, education, science, demography, culture, languages, physical culture and sports, the work of the Regional Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan.
