The MSE "Specialized Base" of the state institution "Department for Mobilization Preparation, Territorial and Civil Defense of the Akimat of Kostanay Region" announces a competition for filling a vacant civil position:
Warehouse Manager of the MSE "Specialized Base of the Akimat of Kostanay Region".
Official salary depending on years of service: - from 165,078 to 206,736 tenge.
Functional responsibilities: managing the warehouse operations for receiving, storing, and releasing inventory items. Ensuring the availability, safekeeping, and accounting of clothing and other property located in warehouses. Compliance with storage conditions, rules for processing and submitting receipt and expenditure documents.
Requirements for competition participants: knowledge of current legislation necessary for performing the functional duties of the specific position; work experience or service in the armed forces, other troops, and military formations (desirable); technical and vocational, post-secondary (specialized secondary, vocational secondary) education in the relevant specialty (qualification) and at least 1 year of experience in accounting and control, or general secondary education and at least 3 years of experience in accounting and control.
The competition is conducted based on the "Rules for Entry into Civil Service and Conducting a Competition for Filling a Vacant Civil Servant Position, with the exception of the first head and teacher of a state educational organization," approved by Order No. 1017 of the Minister of Health and Social Development dated December 25, 2015.
Candidates admitted to participate in the interview shall undergo it at the MSE "Specialized Base of the Akimat of Kostanay Region" within 5 working days after the deadline for document submission.

Copies of education documents in accordance with the qualification requirements for the position;
Copy of a document confirming labor activity;
Health certificate in the form approved by Order No. ҚР ДСМ-175/2020 of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 30.11.2020 "On Approval of Forms of Accounting Documentation in the Field of Healthcare";
Certificate of the presence or absence of information on committing a corruption offense.
The absence of one of the specified documents is grounds for returning the documents to the competition participant.
