KSU "Specialized base" of the state institution "Department for Mobilization Training, Territorial and Civil Defense of the Akimat of Kostanay region" announces a competition for the vacant civilian position of "economist".
Official salary depending on length of service: - from 159,627 to 188,048 tenge.
Functional responsibilities: formation and preparation of a budget application, calculations on the areas of work of the organization, cost tracking, a report on the use of the budget, ensuring the legality and correctness of paperwork, planning financial activities, developing a saving regime, planning the existing budget.
Requirements for the participants of the competition: knowledge of the current legislation necessary for the performance of the functional duties of a particular position; higher (or postgraduate) education in the relevant field of personnel training without requirements for work experience or technical and professional, post-secondary (secondary specialized, secondary vocational) education in the relevant specialty (qualifications) and work experience in the specialty are not less than 5 years old.
The competition is conducted on the basis of the "Rules for admission to the civil service and holding a competition for the vacant position of a civil servant, with the exception of the first head and teacher of a state educational organization," approved by Order No. 1017 of the Minister of Health and Social Development dated December 25, 2015.
Candidates admitted to participate in the interview are interviewed at the KSU "Specialized Base" of the state institution "Department for Mobilization Training, Territorial and Civil Defense of the Akimat of Kostanay region" within 5 working days after the deadline for accepting documents.

Statement;
A copy of the identity document;
A completed personal personnel record sheet (indicating the address of the actual place of residence and contact phone numbers);
Copies of educational documents in accordance with the qualification requirements for the position;
A copy of the employment document;
Certificate of health status in the form approved by the Order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 11/30/2020 No.KR DSM-175/2020 "On approval of forms of accounting documentation in the field of healthcare";
A certificate of the presence or absence of information about the commission of a corruption crime.
The absence of one of the specified documents is the basis for returning the documents to the participant of the competition.
