The RSE "Specialized Base" of the state institution "Department for Mobilization Preparation, Territorial and Civil Defense of the Akimat of Kostanay Region" announces a competition to fill a vacant civil service position:
Warehouse Manager of the RSE "Specialized Base of the Akimat of Kostanay Region".
Official salary depending on length of service: - from 165,078 to 206,736 tenge.
Functional responsibilities: management of warehouse operations for receiving, storing, and issuing inventory and material assets. Ensuring the availability, safety, and accounting of clothing and other property stored in warehouses. Compliance with storage regimes, rules for processing and submitting receipt and expenditure documents.
Requirements for competition participants: knowledge of current legislation necessary for performing the functional duties of the specific position; work or service experience in the armed forces, other troops and military formations (desirable); technical and vocational, post-secondary (secondary specialized, secondary vocational) education in the relevant specialty (qualification) and at least 1 year of work experience in accounting and control, or general secondary education and at least 3 years of work experience in accounting and control.
The competition is conducted based on the "Rules for Admission to Civil Service and Conducting a Competition to Fill a Vacant Position of a Civil Servant, Except for the First Head and Teacher of a State Educational Organization," approved by Order of the Minister of Health and Social Development dated December 25, 2015, No. 1017.
Candidates admitted to participate in the interview undergo it at the RSE "Specialized Base of the Akimat of Kostanay Region" within 5 working days after the deadline for document submission.

Copies of education documents in accordance with the qualification requirements for the position;
Copy of document confirming employment history;
Health certificate in the form approved by Order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 30, 2020, No. KR DSM-175/2020 "On Approval of Forms of Accounting Documentation in the Field of Healthcare";
Certificate confirming the presence or absence of information about committing a corruption-related offense.
The absence of one of the specified documents is grounds for returning the documents to the competition participant.
