The RSE "Specialized Base" of the state institution "Department of Mobilization Training, Territorial and Civil Defense of the Akimat of Kostanay Region" announces a competition to fill the vacant civil service position of "economist".
Official salary depending on length of service: - from 159,627 to 188,048 tenge.
Functional duties: formation and preparation of budget applications, calculations for the organization's areas of work, tracking expenses, reporting on budget utilization, ensuring legality and proper documentation, planning financial activities, developing cost-saving measures, planning the existing budget.
Requirements for competition participants: knowledge of current legislation necessary for performing the functional duties of the specific position; higher (or postgraduate) education in the relevant field of personnel training without work experience requirements, or technical and vocational, post-secondary (secondary specialized, secondary vocational) education in the relevant specialty (qualification) and at least 5 years of work experience in the specialty.
The competition is conducted based on the "Rules for Admission to Civil Service and Conducting a Competition to Fill a Vacant Position of a Civil Servant, except for the First Head and Teacher of a State Educational Organization", approved by Order No. 1017 of the Minister of Health and Social Development dated December 25, 2015.
Candidates admitted to the interview undergo it at the RSE "Specialized Base" of the state institution "Department of Mobilization Training, Territorial and Civil Defense of the Akimat of Kostanay Region" within 5 working days after the deadline for document submission.

Application;
Copy of identity document;
Completed personnel record sheet (indicating actual residential address and contact phone numbers);
Copies of education documents in accordance with the qualification requirements for the position;
Copy of document confirming employment history;
Health certificate in the form approved by Order No. ҚР ДСМ-175/2020 of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 30, 2020 "On Approval of Forms of Accounting Documentation in the Field of Healthcare";
Certificate of presence or absence of information on committing a corruption-related offense.
The absence of one of the specified documents is grounds for returning the documents to the competition participant.
