KSU "Specialized Base" of the state institution "Department for Mobilization Training, Territorial and Civil Defense of the Akimat of Kostanay region" announces a competition for a vacant civilian position:
Head of the warehouse of KSU "Specialized base of Akimat of Kostanay region".
Official salary depending on length of service: - from 165,078 to 206,736 tenge.
Functional responsibilities: management of the warehouse for the reception, storage and release of inventory. Ensuring the availability, safety and accounting of clothing and other property located in warehouses. Compliance with storage conditions, rules for registration and delivery of incoming and outgoing documents.
Requirements for the participants of the competition: knowledge of the current legislation necessary for the performance of the functional duties of a particular position; work or service experience in the armed forces, other troops and military formations (desirable); technical and vocational, post-secondary (secondary specialized, secondary vocational) education in the relevant specialty (qualifications) and work experience in accounting and control at least 1 year or general secondary education and at least 3 years of work experience in accounting and control.
The competition is conducted on the basis of the "Rules for admission to the civil service and holding a competition for the vacant position of a civil servant, with the exception of the first head and teacher of a state educational organization," approved by Order No. 1017 of the Minister of Health and Social Development dated December 25, 2015.
Candidates who are allowed to participate in the interview are interviewed at the KSU "Specialized base of the Akimat of Kostanay region" within 5 business days after the deadline for accepting documents.

Statement;
A copy of the identity document;
A completed personal personnel record sheet (indicating the address of the actual place of residence and contact phone numbers);
Copies of educational documents in accordance with the qualification requirements for the position;
A copy of the employment document;
Certificate of health status in the form approved by the Order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 11/30/2020 No.KR DSM-175/2020 "On approval of forms of accounting documentation in the field of healthcare";
A certificate of the presence or absence of information about the commission of a corruption crime.
The absence of one of the specified documents is the basis for returning the documents to the participant of the competition.
