Today's student is tomorrow's citizen, who will lead the country. And what is the role of this citizen in the state? What is the level of his legal responsibility and legal awareness? These and other important issues were hotly discussed during an open lecture on the topic "The role of a citizen in the state", which was held at Kostanay Engineering and Economics University named after Zhakhan.
It was not just a dry lecture, but a platform for real dialogue, which pointed the way to the future and taught us the importance of law and order.
The lecture is organized within the framework of the implementation of the principle of "Law and Order" by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. The event was attended by active students who are not indifferent to legal education and who strive to contribute to the future of the country.
Senior Prosecutor Bagdat Esikeev emphasized in his speech that the main task of the prosecutor's office is to monitor legality and justice. He touched upon the work of the Prosecutor's Office in various fields and illustrated the protective role of the law with real-life examples. These examples helped students understand that maintaining law and order is the responsibility of every citizen, not just the state.
Talgatbek Baibolatov, Legal adviser to the KInEU, noted that compliance with the internal charter and rules of conduct of an educational institution is the basis of a student's life in an educational institution. In his opinion, the observance of law and order is not just a duty, it is a reflection of the student's personal culture and responsibility. A person who has learned to observe the discipline established within the walls of the university will be able to better integrate into society and become an honest citizen in the future.
Alina Ismagulova, a psychologist at the Department of Youth Policy, focused on the psychological causes of crime in her report. He noted that the root causes of minor pranks and riots, which are common among teenagers and young people, are often lack of proper orientation, emotional pressure or the influence of the social environment. The psychologist brought to the youth the importance of choosing the right values and shaping behavior from an early age.
The lecture "The role of a citizen in the State" gave students the opportunity to rethink their rights and responsibilities. This meeting is an important step towards shaping the legal culture of future specialists. The students clearly understood that in order to establish order and justice in society, everyone must start with themselves.
Today's lecture was a sure step towards the formation of greater civic consciousness, starting with simple rules of conduct.
