KSU "Specialized base" of the state institution "Department for Mobilization Training, Territorial and Civil Defense of the Akimat of Kostanay region" announces a competition to fill a vacant civilian position:
deputy head.
Official salary depending on length of service:
- from 211,408 to 256,960 tenge.
Functional responsibilities: Organization of interaction with the territorial bodies of the territorial troops, their provision in daily life, the creation of stocks of material and technical means. Participate with territorial defense units in command-staff and tactical-special exercises, take part in ongoing military-economic exercises, conduct training camps with military personnel provided for by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Defense and the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan", Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the organization of territorial Defense in the Republic of Kazakhstan". Planning of territorial defense measures. Work with public procurement. Solving issues of administrative and production and economic activities of the institution.
Requirements for the participants of the competition: knowledge of the current legislation necessary to fulfill the functional duties of a particular position; work or service experience in the armed forces, other troops and military formations, law enforcement agencies; higher (or postgraduate) education in the relevant field of personnel training and work experience in senior positions in organizations for at least 3 years.
The competition is conducted on the basis of the "Rules for admission to the civil service and holding a competition for the vacant position of a civil servant, with the exception of the first head and teacher of a state educational organization," approved by Order No. 1017 of the Minister of Health and Social Development dated December 25, 2015.
Candidates who are allowed to participate in the interview are interviewed at the KSU "Specialized Base" within 5 working days after the deadline for accepting documents.

A copy of the identity document;
A completed personal personnel record sheet (indicating the address of the actual place of residence and contact phone numbers);
Copies of educational documents in accordance with the qualification requirements for the position;
A copy of the employment document;
Certificate of health status in the form approved by the Order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 11/30/2020 No.KR DSM-175/2020 "On approval of forms of accounting documentation in the field of healthcare";
A certificate of the presence or absence of information about the commission of a corruption crime.
The absence of one of the specified documents is the basis for returning the documents to the participant of the competition.
