KSU "Specialized Base of the Akimat of the Kostanay Region" announces a competition for filling a vacant civil position: Deputy Head of the KSU “Specialized Base of the Akimat of the Kostanay Region”.
Position salary depending on length of service:
- from 180,754 to 219,701 tenge.
Functional responsibilities: Organizing interaction with the territorial bodies of the territorial troops, supporting them in everyday life, creating reserves of material and technical means. Participation with territorial defense units in command-staff and tactical-special exercises, take part in ongoing military-economic exercises, holding training sessions with those liable for military service, provided for by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Defense and Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the organization of territorial defense in RK". Planning of territorial defense measures. Work with government procurement. Resolving issues of administrative, production and economic activities of the institution.
Requirements for competition participants: knowledge of current legislation necessary to perform the functional duties of a specific position; experience of working or serving in the armed forces, other troops and military formations, law enforcement agencies; higher (or postgraduate) education in the relevant field of personnel training and work experience in management positions in organizations for at least 3 years.
The competition is held on the basis of the “Rules for admission to the civil service and holding a competition for the vacant position of a civil servant, with the exception of the first head and teacher of a state educational organization,” approved by order of the Minister of Health and Social Development dated December 25, 2015 No. 1017.
Candidates admitted to participate in the interview undergo it at the KSU “Specialized Base of the Akimat of the Kostanay Region” within 5 working days after the deadline for accepting documents.

Statement;
A copy of an identity document;
Completed personal sheet for personnel records (indicating the address of the actual place of residence and contact telephone numbers);
Copies of educational documents in accordance with the qualification requirements for the position;
A copy of a document confirming work activity;
Certificate of health in the form approved by the order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 30, 2020 No. KR DSM-175/2020 “On approval of forms of accounting documentation in the field of healthcare”;
Certificate of presence or absence of information about the commission of a corruption crime.
The absence of one of these documents is grounds for returning the documents to the competition participant.
