The Citizens' Reception Center under the Akimat of Kostanay Region is a centralized platform for interaction between government agencies and the population.

At the Citizens' Reception Center you can:

Submit an appeal to a government agency;
Receive advice from employees of the Akimat's industry departments (consultation schedule: download);
Make an appointment for a personal meeting with the management of government agencies according to the approved schedule (instructions for making an appointment for a personal meeting via the E-Otіnіsh information system in online format: download).

Working hours: Monday through Friday, from 09:00 to 18:30, lunch from 13:00 to 14:30.
