KSU "Specialized base of Akimat of Kostanay region" announces a competition for the vacant civil position: accountant of the material desk of KSU "Specialized base of Akimat of Kostanay region".
Official salary depending on the length of service: from 115,730 to 136,335 tenge.
Functional responsibilities: keeping records of the movement of material assets in accordance with the established class of accounting accounts. Write-off of property. Formation of reliable reports on the quantity and cost of material balances on any date of the month, formation and control of inventory balances on the first day of each month, inventory results. Maintaining the accounting documentation provided for in the instructions. Formation, maintenance and storage of the accounting database. Control over the correct execution of primary documentation and ensuring its safety. Interaction with all financially responsible employees.
Requirements for the participants of the competition: knowledge of the current legislation necessary for the performance of the functional duties of a particular position; technical and vocational, post-secondary education in the relevant specialty education without presenting work experience requirements or special training according to the established program and work experience in accounting and control for at least 3 years.
The competition is held on the basis of the "Rules for entering the civil service and holding a competition for the vacant position of a civil servant, with the exception of the first head and teacher of the state educational organization", approved by Order No. 1017 of the Minister of Health and Social Development of December 25, 2015.
Candidates admitted to participate in the interview pass it at the KSU "Specialized base of the Akimat of Kostanay region" within 5 working days after the deadline for receiving documents.

Copies of educational documents in accordance with the qualification requirements for the position;

Certificate of health status in the form approved by the order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 30.11.2020 No. KR DSM-175/2020 "On approval of forms of accounting documentation in the field of healthcare";
Certificate of the presence or absence of information about the commission of a corruption crime.
The absence of one of these documents is the basis for the return of the documents to the participant of the competition.
