Supervises issues of internal policy, state language policy, interethnic sphere, health protection of the population of the region, provision of educational services in preschool, general education institutions, educational institutions of primary and secondary vocational education, culture, religion, demography, youth policy, social protection and employment of the population, migration, ensuring compliance with labor legislation in the field of labor relations, industrial safety issues in terms of compliance with labor protection requirements, issues of sanitary and epidemiological surveillance, territorial defense, cross-border cooperation in supervised territories.
According to the Rules of personal reception of individuals and representatives of legal entities, to make an appointment, it is necessary to submit an application in electronic form (via the e-government web portal or the information and analytical system of electronic appeals), in paper format (by appointment, by mail).
