JSC "NARI "QazInnovations" (hereinafter – the Company) organized the start of accepting applications for the provision of services to assist in the development of business incubation in the regions from April 10 to May 10 of this year (https://qazinn.kz/ru/podderzhka).
The necessary documents for the competitive selection are:
1) a lease agreement or a document confirming the ownership of an administrative space in the amount of at least 200 (two hundred) square meters, which applies to the entire period of payment for Business incubator services under an agreement concluded with the Company, with the attachment of a photo/video of the infrastructure;
2) at least 2 (two) employment contracts concluded
with qualified personnel with a validity period of at least 1 (one) year, a document on higher education, as well as a document on advanced training in the profile of these qualified personnel;
3) information on financial solvency, allowing to function fully for at least 6 (six) months without state support, confirmed by a document (certificate)
on the availability of funds and documents established by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Accounting and Financial Reporting"
with a reporting period of at least 1 (one) year;
4) an agreement with a higher education institution on cooperation in support and development of startups for a period of at least 6 (six) months;
5) a certificate of the absence of tax arrears on mandatory pension contributions, mandatory professional pension contributions, arrears on deductions and (or) contributions to mandatory social health insurance, arrears on social contributions (verification of compliance with the Business incubator applying for participation in the competitive selection is carried out by the Company from the official Internet resource of the state body carrying out guidance in the field of ensuring tax receipts and payments to the budget;
6) information issued by the credit bureau on the absence of current overdue loans received no earlier than 15 (fifteen) working days before the application date;
7) a report with supporting materials on the experience of the incubation program and (or) its elements (trainings, seminars, startup competitions and other services);
8) methodology of incubation and (or) acceleration of projects (educational program, including a plan of training seminars, lectures, practical classes, consultations);
9) business incubator/accelerator development plan for 2 (two) years;
10) calendar plan of business incubation;
11) the amount of expenses with a breakdown of costs, according to the Cost Estimates.
Documents and justifications confirming the choice: basic and alternative commercial offers (in the amount of 2 pcs.), preliminary contracts, references. Documents confirming the salary level: statistical data, screenshots and links to Internet resources where offers for specialists with similar skills are posted.
This measure of state support provides for financing up to 35 million tenge with a development period until November 01, 2023 and covers such cost items as:
1) provision of infrastructure – rental of premises;
2) salaries of Business Incubator employees (including taxes, fees and other mandatory related payments);
3) marketing expenses;
4) travel expenses;
5) works and (or) services performed by third parties and (or) co-executors for the implementation of business incubation activities.
