On January 13 of this year, a meeting was held with the staff of the Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning of the Akimat of Kostanay region. The ethics commissioner of the akim's office, S.B. Kokishev, and the management team took part.
Information and explanatory work was carried out on compliance by civil servants with the norms of legislation on public service, anti-corruption, information was brought about the consideration of disciplinary cases by the unified disciplinary commission and the ethics Council of the region, as well as the commission of administrative offenses by civil servants of the MIO region for the period 2022. The results of an anonymous survey of employees of the department for the 2nd half of 2022, the state of the moral and psychological climate in the team, issues of compliance with labor and performance discipline were announced.
At the same time, issues related to the implementation of the Concept of Anti-Corruption Policy in the region, on the implementation of tasks under the TBN 4 project this year, covering akimats of districts and cities, as well as the quasi-public sector, were considered.
Also, information and explanatory work was carried out to strengthen the anti-corruption culture among the employees of the department and to inform about the norms of anti-corruption legislation.
