The regional development plan for the implementation of the National Project "Technological Breakthrough through digitalization, science and innovation" for 2021-2025 includes 12 indicators. As of today, 6 indicators have been exceeded, work is underway on the remaining 6.
The indicator "The number of qualified personnel in the field of information and communication technologies" has been exceeded by 217% (the plan is 135 graduates, the fact is 293).
At the school level, the plan includes the indicator "The proportion of textbooks converted to digital format". 100% of textbooks have been converted into electronic format (85% plan).
The indicator for provision of the material and technical base "The share of secondary education organizations provided with the Internet" has been achieved. 326 or 88.8% of 367 rural schools have Internet speeds of 8 Mbit/s or more (85% plan).
Also, in 85% or 75 city schools, the Internet speed is at least 20 MB/s. This indicator has also been fulfilled (the plan is 85%).
The indicator "The share of employment contracts registered in electronic form" was fulfilled at the level of 89% (the plan is 85%).
According to the indicator "The share of digitized land data", work is currently being carried out in the region on soil and geobotanical surveys by the branch of NJSC "State Corporation "Government for Citizens".
In the region, out of 6,176.8 thousand hectares of arable land, 6,664.2 thousand hectares or 100% were digitized, 3,506.3 thousand hectares or 89.7% were digitized out of 3,907.3 thousand hectares of pastures, 132.2 thousand hectares or 100% were digitized out of 129.6 thousand hectares of hayfields (according to the plan 80%, RK - 35%).
In the direction of security, the plan includes the indicator "The level of equipping the police with digital tools". The level of equipping the police with digital tools for September 2022 has been exceeded – the fact is 135% or 650 tablets (plan 480).
In order to achieve the indicator "Increase in the number of video surveillance cameras in cities of republican significance and regional centers", the Police Department of Kostanay region concluded an agreement with Kazakhtelecom JSC on the lease of 197 CCTV cameras.
According to the indicator "Reduction of the level of regulatory and technical losses of electricity in national and regional electric networks", the level of regulatory and technical losses is 4.19% (plan 4.66%).
According to the indicator "The share of inventoried underground and aboveground communications in built-up areas for the creation of a digital planning basis of the urban cadastre", appropriate measures are being taken (plan 7.1%).
The regional plan includes 2 indicators for the digitalization of healthcare. In order to achieve the indicator "The share of medical organizations providing data exchange with the Ehealth core", the Ministry of Health is finalizing the Ehealth core. The developers of the medical information system, in turn, are also carrying out preparatory work to integrate with the services hosted on the Smart bridge services showcase. After completion of all work, data exchange will be carried out (the plan of 50% of medical organizations).
According to the indicator "The share of remote medical services provided to the population", the list of medical services for which this indicator will be calculated is currently being approved by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (plan 5%).
