Draft decision of Akim of Kostryakovsky rural District "On the establishment of the right of limited purpose use (public easement) to the limited liability partnership "Grand" for a land plot" developed in accordance with subparagraph 1-1) of paragraph 1) of Article 19, subparagraph 2) Paragraph 4 of Article 69 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 20, 2003, subparagraph 6) of paragraph 1 of Article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On Local State Administration and Self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
The purpose of the adoption of this draft decision is to establish the right of public easement to the limited liability partnership "Grand" for land plots located at the address: Kostanay region, Fedorovsky district, Kostryakovsky rural district, Kostryakovka village for the operation of utility lines and networks.
