The draft decision of the Fedorovsky District Maslikhat "On amendments to the decision of the Maslikhat dated September 7, 2020 No. 465 "On approval of the Rules for Providing Social assistance, setting the size and Determining the list of certain categories of needy citizens" was developed in accordance with paragraph 2-3 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
The purpose of the adoption of this draft decision is to make changes to bring it into line with the current NPA.
Adoption of the draft decision will not entail negative socio-economic and/or legal consequences.
