In Kazakhstan, the provision of a guaranteed social package (hereinafter referred to as the GSP) will be transferred to the Social Services Portal (hereinafter referred to as the Portal) from 2021. Since October of this year, the process of providing GSP through the Portal has been launched in "pilot" mode in all regions. Thus, about 3.5 thousand citizens will be able to receive the service in a proactive format by the end of the year.
Vice-Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerlan Aukenov said that a commission on accreditation of suppliers on the Portal at the level of cities and districts will be created by December 1 this year.
Employees of JSC "Center for Human Resources Development" of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan have already trained specialists of social protection bodies of cities and districts to work with service recipients and suppliers on the Portal.
Currently, work is underway to provide service recipients with EDS keys, and employment centers explain how to work with the Portal.
