The draft decision of the Fedorovsky district Maslikhat "On the establishment of twenty-five percent higher official salaries and tariff rates for specialists in the field of healthcare, social security, culture and sports who are civil servants and work in rural areas" was developed in accordance with paragraph 9 of Article 139 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2015.
The purpose of the adoption of this draft decision is to establish twenty-five percent higher official salaries and tariff rates for specialists in the field of health, social security, culture and sports, who are civil servants and work in rural areas.
Adoption of the draft decision will not entail negative socio-economic and/or legal consequences.
