The draft decision of the Fedorovsky Maslikhat "On the provision of social support measures in 2021 to specialists in the field of health, education, social security, culture, sports and agro-industrial complex, civil servants of the akims of villages, rural districts who arrived to work and live in rural settlements of the Fedorovsky district", was developed in accordance with paragraph 8 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 8, 2005 "On state regulation of the development of the agro-industrial complex and rural territories", for the purpose of social support of specialists, in accordance with current legislation.
Adoption of the draft decision will not entail negative socio-economic and/or legal consequences.
