The draft resolution "On determining the list of positions of specialists in the field of healthcare, social security, culture and sports who are civil servants and work in rural areas" was developed in accordance with subparagraph 2) of Article 18, paragraph 9 of Article 139 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2015.
The purpose of the adoption of this draft resolution is to introduce amendments and additions to the list of positions of specialists in the field of health, social security, culture and sports, who are civil servants and work in rural areas.
The adoption of the draft resolution will not entail negative socio-economic and/or legal consequences.
The draft resolution is posted on the portal of "Electronic Government" in the section open NPAs.
