The draft decision of the Fedorovsky District Maslikhat "On amendments and additions to the decision of the Maslikhat dated September 7, 2020 No. 465 "On approval of the Rules for providing social assistance, setting the size and determining the list of certain categories of needy citizens" was developed in accordance with paragraph 2-3 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
The purpose of the adoption of this draft decision is to make changes in order to bring it into line with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as to make additions in connection with the instruction of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in order to increase social support measures to reimburse costs to persons accompanying disabled children who have a recommendation in the individual rehabilitation program of a disabled person for sanatorium treatment.
Adoption of the draft decision will not entail negative socio-economic and/or legal consequences.
