Sale of land through auction
The state Corporation "Government for Citizens" together with colleagues from the ICRIAP, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Finance, JSC "NIT" and regional akimats, within the framework of the development and implementation of the Unified State Cadastre of Real Estate (EGKN), implemented a pilot project for the sale of state land plots using electronic bidding.
Three plots in Kyzylorda have already been sold by this method. One was bought for more than 2.8 million tenge, the other two for 246 thousand and 396 thousand tenge. Every citizen of Kazakhstan can take part in the auction. Auctions are held according to the English method – to increase the price. The starting price is determined based on the cadastral value of the land plot.
The whole process of online bidding is absolutely transparent, it is impossible to influence the results - this is the first step towards eliminating corruption in the field of land relations. The project will be scaled for the whole republic.
