Centers for receiving appeals from legal entities opened in Kostanay region
In order to optimize the reception of documents from legal entities, work has been carried out to organize the reception of applications through the city and district offices of the PSC, where there are Centers for receiving applications.
"Now legal entities do not need to come to the office of the regional branch of the NAO "State Corporation "Government for Citizens" to submit documents. You can apply to any PSC of the region," the Kostanay branch of the State Corporation noted.
In particular, the provision of notification services is carried out by the PSC for the following types of documents sent from legal entities:
1) Notification of change of legal address (non-residents)
2) Notification of the change of the head of the legal entity (non-residents)
3) Notification of an increase in the authorized capital of a legal entity
4) Notification of a change in the type of economic activity of a legal entity
5) Notification of changes in the personal data of the head and founder (change of full name)
6) Requests from legal entities regarding the provision of information about a registered legal entity.
The above services are provided on a notification basis, payment for the registration fee is not provided.
It is worth noting that currently on the e-government portal, the change of the head for non-residents, the change of location are not entered into the database on the basis of an electronic notification, but in an automated mode.
