The legal responsibility of civil servants for committing corruption offenses is increasingly increasing, and the entire public is involved in this work.
Over the past 5 years, an internal analysis of corruption risks has been periodically carried out in state bodies, including in the DGD in the Kostanay region.
The purpose of the analysis is to prevent and eliminate corruption manifestations in regulatory legal acts affecting the activities of any departments.
The Tariff Regulation Department is also working to identify conditions conducive to the commission of corruption offenses, as well as to eliminate them. One of the main corruption risks, as a rule, is the presence of contacts with participants in foreign economic activity in the provision of public services, the demand for additional documents.
In order to minimize corruption risks, the Department has sent relevant proposals to the authorized body for consideration of some regulatory legal acts affecting the activities of the unit.
The eradication of conditions conducive to the manifestation of corruption is the work of every conscious citizen of our country, every civil servant, since corruption undermines the foundations of the state and is a direct threat to the national security of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
