The schedule of public service centers in Kazakhstan will change from July 1.
Now they will work on Saturdays from 9.00 to 13.00, except holidays. On weekdays, their work schedule will remain the same - from 9.00 to 20.00.
The rest of the PSC departments will continue to work according to the standard schedule Monday-Friday from 9:00 to 18:00. Kazakhstanis can also pre-book a queue at the PSC through the PSC application, by the number of the Unified Contact Center 1414, on the eGov portal, in the telegram bot EgovKzBot2.0, the Egov mobile application.
The new work schedule will increase the efficiency of public service centers.
We add that there are on-duty PSC only in regional centers. In Ulytau and Zhetysu regions, they will be determined later.
