Before the trip, you should remember some important things.
It is necessary for every child traveling outside Kazakhstan to have their own passport. A passport is obtained in the PSC for a period of 10 years. But children grow up quickly, and border guards sometimes cannot recognize a child from a photo. In this case, the passport is subject to exchange, even if its term is not over yet.
IT IS NECESSARY TO KNOW: with different citizenship of the parents, a notarized consent from the parent of a foreigner will be required.
List of documents for obtaining a children's passport:
- Child's birth certificate;
- Documents and the presence of one of the parents;
- A photo of the child can be taken directly in the PSC department;
- Receipt of payment of state duty (8 MCI).
Holders of the "Altyn alka", "Kumis alka" pendant, disabled people, orphans and children left without parental care, as well as citizens belonging to certain preferential categories, receive passports for free.
