"Assignment of a registration number to facilities that process grain and its processed products using technologies that deprive seeds and fruits of quarantine weeds of viability, and (or) disinfection and labeling of wood packaging material."
The standard of the state service "Issuance of a phytosanitary certificate for the export of quarantined products outside the Republic of Kazakhstan"
Acceptance of the application and issuance of the result of the provision of public services are carried out through:1) the office of the service provider; 2) the e-government web portal www.egov.kz (hereinafter referred to as the portal); 3) The State Corporation "Government for Citizens" (hereinafter referred to as the State Corporation).
1) from the moment of submission of the application to the service provider, to the State Corporation, as well as when contacting the portal – within 3 (three) working days;
2) from the moment of submission of the application with the attachment of the conclusion of the quarantine phytosanitary examination of the condition of quarantined products, , within 5 (five) working hours;

1) an application in the form of an electronic document certified by the electronic digital signature of the service recipient;
2) an electronic copy of the conclusion of the quarantine phytosanitary examination of the condition of quarantined products (if available).
