This is the second circuit in Kostanay region.
Now residents of the southern districts of Kostanay region, as well as the border territory of Akmola region can take theoretical and practical driving exams in Arkalyk. The specialized circuit was launched in early February.
- Theory could have been passed in Arkalyk before, we have a special class for taking a theoretical exam. But the practice is only in Kostanay. People had to drive 800 kilometers. Residents of the southern part of the region have repeatedly asked to build a race track closer. Now we take the practical exam on the spot. The circuit is fully automated, the human factor is excluded when passing the practical exam. Today, at the Arkalyk circuit, you can take the exam in six categories: B, B1, C, C1, D, D1. I would like to note that a new technology for monitoring the exam procedure through GPS navigators has been launched at our circuit. In our region, these are used for the first time, new equipment is expected to be installed soon at the circuit in Kostanay," said Musa Sulekeev, head of the Arkalyk Public Service Department. -
Since the launch of the circuit, more than 10 people have already passed the practical exam.
As noted in the branch of the NAO "State Corporation "Government for Citizens" in the Kostanay region, the construction of the circuit was financed from the regional budget.
