Now residents of Kostanay can order documents on state registration of rights (encumbrances) to real estate, acts on land plots, apostilled documents on education, archival certificates, duplicates of military tickets and other ready-made documents, in total for 144 types of public services.
At the moment of readiness of the previously ordered document in the Public Service Center, the client receives an SMS message with an offer to use the delivery service.
Upon agreement, the client follows a personal link and fills in the delivery address. Next, the client needs to pay the cost of delivery within the city - 970 tenge. The courier will deliver the mail within one working day from the date of order.
- We are creating additional services so that not only the service process in the Public Service Center is as comfortable as possible, but there is no need to repeatedly come for the finished document. We know that people do not always have the opportunity to take time off from work, make extra trips or leave their children at home. And the service for the delivery of documents significantly saves time and money for customers, - said Olesya Ershova, head of the Public Services Department No. 1 in Kostanay. - The home delivery service now operates in Kostanay in four Departments: No. 1, No. 2, No. 3 and Special PSC.
Recall that in April 2021, the Government for Citizens State Corporation launched a service for the delivery of finished documents in the cities of Nur-Sultan, Almaty and Shymkent. Now the service is launched in all regions of Kazakhstan.
