Kostanay residents will now be able to change the head of the enterprise only electronically

In Kazakhstan, the procedure for making changes to the registration data of a legal entity has been changed. According to the regional branch of the state corporation "Government for Citizens", now the service is provided without alternative. Only in online mode.

At the moment, the most common and popular service concerning the registration data of legal entities is the change of the head. Now it is available only through the e-government portal. This applies to all types of legal entities
with the exception of government agencies.

"Since October 11, 2021, the Electronic Government portal, in the section "Business", "Registration and liquidation", has implemented a notification procedure for changing the head of a legal entity, branch, representative office in automatic mode. There is no paper alternative now. In real time, such sub-services as "Appointment of the head of a legal entity with the exception of a state institution", "Appointment of a bankrupt, rehabilitation or temporary manager", "Appointment of a trustee of an inheritance", "Appointment of the head of a branch (representative office)", "Appointment of an acting the head of a legal entity, a branch, a representative office, a substitute head for the time of his absence," explained Elena Mikryukova, head of the Registration Department of the branch of the NAO "State Corporation Government for Citizens" in the Kostanay region.

At the same time, the regional branch of the state corporation noted that there are technical problems, such as: exceeding the waiting time for the result (more than 1 hour); the address column is inactive (i.e. the address is not checked);
when filling out step-by-step actions to change the manager on the egov website.kz applicants face technical problems (system failure). These technical problems have been brought to the attention of JSC "NIT".
