Kazakhstanis can receive public services in the new mobile application "PSC", implemented by the state corporation "Government for Citizens" together with the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry. The application will allow you to receive public services using a video call via a smartphone.
Operators in Akmola, Kostanay, Kyzylorda and Pavlodar regions are already in pilot mode receiving calls from customers through the "PSC" application.
In September 2021, the list of public services that will be provided in a pilot mode through the PSC mobile application was approved. Among them, obtaining a certificate of non-criminal record, an extract from the pension fund, a certificate of the availability of real estate, removal from registration, etc.
The functionality of the application consists of several services. The client can book a queue at the PSC and get a ticket using a QR code, find out the working hours and addresses of branches and find the necessary contact information.
"The PSC mobile app is already available for download in PlayMarket, and will soon appear in the AppStore. A beta version is still available, but Kazakhstanis can already use the application. A special focus group was created to test the application. Following the results of the testing, the focus group participants left their recommendations on some technical points. The functionality will be refined, and the number of public services provided will increase. This application is a new format for the work of the PSC," the branch of the NAO "State Corporation "Government for Citizens" in the Kostanay region reported.
At the moment, the mobile application "PSC" has already been downloaded by more than a thousand Kazakhstanis.
